Guidewire Project Manager

About the role

The Guidewire Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of Guidewire initiatives for a leading insurance client, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, developing comprehensive plans covering scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and steering committee updates.
• Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, Guidewire vendors and system integrators.
• Oversee vendor performance, ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards and timelines are met.
• Support release planning, cutover activities and post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Technology or Platform Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing enterprise software or SaaS platform implementations, preferably Guidewire.
• Strong understanding of insurance or financial services environments, including regulatory considerations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
