Guest Service Expert – Full & Part‑Time

About the role

The Westin Perth is seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Experts to deliver memorable experiences for both business and leisure travelers. You will work at the front desk, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and guest enquiries while embodying the brand’s wellness‑focused philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently, maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Process reservations and assist with guest enquiries, both in person and via phone.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction feels personal.
• Handle food and beverage orders, answer menu questions and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Follow up on guest requests to guarantee satisfaction and create memorable moments.
• Rotate through overnight shifts as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with an energetic, customer‑service mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using OPERA or a similar hospitality software package.
