About the role
The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Kings Canyon Resort, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the outback.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries.
- Assist with front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and reservations.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Familiarity with RMS or a similar reservation booking system.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
