Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the welcoming face of FV by Peppers, a vibrant mixed‑use development in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. You will guide guests from check‑in through check‑out, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay while representing the brand’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, delivering a VIP experience from arrival to departure.
• Handle reservations, guest accounts and billing accurately.
• Promote hotel amenities, services and local attractions, providing tailored recommendations.
• Assist with valet services and support the concierge team, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues promptly and turn challenges into positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence for valet and concierge support.
• Previous experience in hotel front‑office operations is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
