Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the welcoming face of FV by Peppers, delivering a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out. Working in the vibrant Fortitude Valley precinct, you will support guests in a dynamic, upscale residential‑hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth and personalised check‑in process.
• Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, local attractions and dining options.
• Assist with valet services and support the concierge team during peak periods.
• Handle reservations, guest accounts and billing inquiries with precision.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Full Australian driver’s licence for valet and concierge duties.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with hotel front‑office operations is highly regarded.
