Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Mantra Chatswood, you will be the first friendly face that welcomes guests and the last warm goodbye they receive. Based in the vibrant Chatswood district, you will work in a modern hotel offering studio rooms, apartments, and a heated indoor lap pool, delivering exceptional hospitality throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate requests and resolve issues.
• Promote hotel amenities and local attractions, offering personalized recommendations.
• Accurately manage reservations, guest accounts, and billing information.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role is an asset.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in handling reservations and guest account systems.
