Guest Service Agent – Full‑time

About the role

Join Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences as a Guest Service Agent and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, provide local recommendations, and create memorable experiences throughout each stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional reception and manage efficient check‑in procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests via in‑person, phone, and email communication.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact during guests’ stay, resolving issues promptly and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and polished presentation.

Required skills

• Use of property management systems for reservations and guest data.
