Guest Service Agent – Front Office & Night Audit

About the role

We are seeking experienced Guest Service Agents to join the Front Office team at Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys. The role combines front‑desk duties with Night Audit responsibilities on a rotating roster that includes mornings, afternoons, weekends and occasional overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Manage reservations, enquiries and guest requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey.
• Conduct Night Audit procedures, including daily reporting and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Reconcile transactions, balance accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Support hotel safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with hotel and Club operations teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front office or guest service.
• Night Audit experience (highly regarded).
• Familiarity with IHG systems or similar hotel property management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Positive, professional approach to guest service.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and occasional overnight shifts.
