Guest Experience Manager

About the role

Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to shape memorable, personalized stays for guests. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, own the lobby and social spaces, and turn everyday interactions into authentic stories that reflect the spirit of the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the front‑of‑house team, fostering a culture of ownership and effortless service.
• Oversee the lobby, pool club, and other guest‑facing areas, ensuring they operate as vibrant, welcoming stages.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to design and execute guest programming, activations, and daily rituals.
• Monitor guest flow, greet guests by name, and anticipate needs to create intuitive, human‑centred experiences.
• Handle issues with empathy and clarity, turning challenges into opportunities to deepen trust.

Required profile

• Passion for people, design, creativity, and the theatrical side of hospitality.
• Ability to lead with warmth, curiosity, and a service‑first mindset.
• Understanding that modern luxury is personal, intuitive, and deeply human.
• Experience in a senior hospitality or guest‑experience role, preferably within a boutique or lifestyle hotel.
