About the role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will apply your writing, editing, and content development expertise to help improve AI chatbot performance.

Key responsibilities

Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Measure progress, evaluate logic, and assess correctness of AI‑generated content.
Identify performance gaps and propose improvements to enhance model quality.
Document evaluation results and provide clear feedback to the development team.

Required profile

Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Demonstrated experience in content analysis and written evaluation.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
