Guest Experience Host

About the role

The Guest Experience Host is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the front desk, greeting and registering owners and guests, providing local area information, and handling all related paperwork and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations including guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Provide information on local attractions and answer guest inquiries.
• Complete department paperwork and use communication equipment such as phones, fax and computers.
• Promote the benefits of holidaying with Travel + Leisure Co. to guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• High computer literacy.
• Experience with property management systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera).
