About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its Front Office team. This full‑time position places you at the centre of the guest journey, delivering the personalised, intuitive service that defines the brand’s luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create seamless first and last impressions through efficient arrivals and departures.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service that exceeds expectations.
• Build lasting relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, sharing knowledge of local luxury offerings and experiences.
• Manage guest enquiries, reservations, payments and administrative tasks with precision.
• Support overall Front Office operations while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Required profile

• Proven Front Office or Guest Services experience in a luxury or premium hotel environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to anticipate needs and resolve challenges gracefully.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Experience with OPERA property management system or a similar PMS.
