Guest Experience Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Guest Experience team in Parramatta Square and play a central part in delivering seamless, professional, and memorable client interactions. This permanent part‑time position offers a supportive environment where you can develop your hospitality and client‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium service across food, beverage, and workplace environments.
• Prepare meeting and event spaces and support day‑to‑day operations of the client floor.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams, managing bookings and enquiries.
• Greet guests at the Welcome Desk and anticipate their needs before they arise.
• Collaborate with Workplace, AV, and other internal teams to ensure high‑quality experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, client services, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and commitment to high service standards.
