About the role

Playlist is seeking a GTM Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for Go‑to‑Market and G&A positions across its global wellness and fitness brands. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a candidate experience that reflects the company’s mission of fostering real‑world connections.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑impact G&A and GTM roles, from outreach to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create hiring plans using talent insights and market trends.
• Deliver a human, honest candidate experience aligned with Playlist’s mission.
• Build pipelines for hard‑to‑find, high‑skill candidates in competitive markets.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency and inform stakeholders.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices to create diverse, high‑performing teams.
• Represent Playlist at industry events and act as a brand ambassador for the tech organization.
• Work cross‑functionally with People & Culture to align hiring goals with company priorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in G&A, GTM, or sales environments.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard‑to‑fill roles in fast‑paced organizations.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and translating data into action.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building diverse teams and fostering equity throughout the hiring process.
• Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to evolving priorities.
