About the role

Newman Recreation Centre is recruiting a casual Group Fitness Instructor for the 2026-2027 period. The position is based in Newman and is advertised as a casual pool vacancy.

Required profile

• Current accredited Fitness Instructor Certificate III or GEL
• Current Applied First Aid Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Relevant Les Mills certification or other class certification
• Ability to safely use a wide range of fitness and gym equipment and to maintain it
• Highly developed customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven self-management, time management and organisational skills
