Group Finance Manager

About the role

MGG Health is looking for a Group Finance Manager to lead the APAC finance function and support the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will own the day‑to‑day performance of finance across Australia and New Zealand while working closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and integrate the full finance function covering FP&A, accounting, payroll, credit control and commercial finance.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Modernise systems, reporting and processes to improve operational excellence.
• Partner with operational, commercial, sales and recruitment leaders to drive profitability and informed decision‑making.
• Manage cash, ensure strong controls, optimise credit control and reduce DSO.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, building capability and high service levels.

Required profile

• Experienced senior finance professional with a track record of leading multi‑discipline finance teams.
• Hands‑on leader who enjoys rolling up sleeves, challenging assumptions and solving complex problems.
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence strategic decisions.
