About the role

We are seeking a creative storyteller to join a leading design‑focused education business in North Sydney. The Graphics and Content Creative will shape and deliver visual content across digital, social and print channels, ensuring the brand remains contemporary and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for digital, social and print platforms.
• Create and manage posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Produce short‑form video assets such as reels and social‑first creative.
• Design campaign assets, marketing collateral and brand communications.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Support audience growth, engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
• Use AI tools to enhance content ideation and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor trends and identify new opportunities in design and social media.

Required profile

• Strong visual design sense with excellent layout, typography and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience creating content for multiple digital and social platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, social content and digital creative work.
• Ability to manage several projects autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent creative tools).
• AI content creation tools.
• Video editing software for short‑form content.
