Graphic Designer & Production Coordinator

About the role

Arc'teryx is seeking a creative and highly organised Graphic Designer & Production Coordinator to bring seasonal campaigns, retail experiences and brand storytelling to life across ANZ. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role blends design, production coordination and stakeholder management in a retail‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce high‑quality design assets for digital, retail, events, packaging, apparel graphics and marketing collateral.
• Prepare artwork files, production briefs and specifications for external suppliers and production partners.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, installers and other vendors to ensure timely, on‑brand, on‑budget delivery.
• Support campaign and retail launch execution across multiple channels.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Retail, E‑Commerce, Community and Marketing teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to global brand guidelines.
• Assist with campaign shoots, image editing and other creative production tasks as needed.
• Track timelines, approvals and deliverables using project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and production coordination, preferably within retail, fashion, outdoor or consumer brands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for design, storytelling, retail and the outdoor industry.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of print production, artwork setup and supplier management.
• Project‑management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Video‑editing skills (advantageous but not essential).
