Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual content for campaigns, publications and promotional materials. The role involves developing creative concepts and producing engaging print and digital assets that align with ARIIA’s brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital collateral for internal and external audiences.
• Translate briefs from stakeholders into effective visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain templates, presentations and visual assets for staff communication.
• Prepare files for pre‑press and oversee print production to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to multimedia content creation, including video editing, to enhance organisational reach.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Advanced experience using Canva for rapid on‑brand content creation.
• Understanding of pre‑press preparation and print production processes.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and the ability to work independently.
• Tertiary qualification in a design‑related field or equivalent experience.
