Graphic Designer

About the role

Join Melbourne Racing Club’s Marketing Department as a Graphic Designer, working onsite at Caulfield Racecourse. You will create bold visual concepts for high‑profile campaigns across print and digital channels during the busy summer racing season.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching assets for race day signage, event collateral, EDMs, social media, advertising and web content.
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on‑brand artwork with strong layout, colour and typography.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, membership and events teams to deliver campaigns that stand out.
• Stay current with design trends and help keep the MRC brand sharp.

Required profile

• A qualification in Graphic Design, Creative Industries or a related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience in‑house, agency‑side or both.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with After Effects and Figma is a plus.
