Graphic Designer

About the role

Johnny Bigg is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring its menswear brand to life across digital, retail and social channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will create compelling visual assets that inspire, engage and convert customers while maintaining the brand’s personality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the look and feel for seasonal marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Design digital and print assets, including social media graphics, in‑store signage, POS materials and retail lookbooks.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate concept generation, image creation and mock‑ups.
• Produce and edit motion and video content for digital screens and store displays.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent brand presentation in stores.
• Prepare imagery for retouching and create ad‑hoc digital assets as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of digital design experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating balance of brand consistency, functionality and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
