Graphic Designer – Content Design & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a creative and customer‑focused Graphic Designer to join the Content Design and Delivery team at NESA. The role delivers high‑quality graphic design solutions across digital, print and publication channels while adhering to NSW Government branding and accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging print, digital and publication materials that meet branding and accessibility requirements.
• Translate complex information into clear, visually appealing, user‑friendly content.
• Manage graphic design projects from concept through to final artwork and production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across NESA to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Provide advice on templates, branding guidelines and design best practices.
• Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate external suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support procurement and production processes for printed materials, certificates and other collateral.
• Contribute to a consistent and professional visual identity across all NESA communication channels.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality graphic design outcomes across print and digital channels in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Full‑time position with a salary range of $99,938 – $110,271 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
• Temporary fixed‑term contract of up to 2 years.
• Hybrid work arrangements and a location close to Wynyard station.
