Graphic Designer – Branding & Placemaking

About the role

We are a creative agency focused on turning property developments into vibrant destinations. We are looking for a mid‑weight to senior Graphic Designer to lead branding, identity and placemaking projects for national shopping centre campaigns and precincts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand systems, visual identities and environmental graphics from concept to final production.
• Design placemaking and precinct branding that drives footfall and community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross‑functional team to own projects end‑to‑end.
• Stay ahead of design trends, including AI‑driven tools, and apply them where relevant.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience – not a junior role.
• Strong commercial brand thinking with a keen eye for typography and systems.
• Portfolio that demonstrates range, point of view and ownership of projects.
• Australian citizen with full working rights.
