About the role
The Grants & Governance Manager leads HammondCare's Research Governance Office, overseeing governance, compliance and assurance for the Hammond Innovations research and innovation portfolio. The role ensures all grant‑funded, philanthropic and externally sponsored projects are audit‑ready and aligned with funder, contractual and organisational requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Governance, Compliance & Assurance across all research projects.
- Grants Governance & Funding Enablement.
- Project Governance & Investigator Support.
- Funding Diversification & Commercial Support.
