Graduate/Associate SAP AI Platform Consultant

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Graduate/Associate SAP AI Platform Consultant to help clients build, deploy and operate AI solutions within SAP and broader enterprise environments. You will work alongside AI architects, SAP consultants, data engineers and business stakeholders to establish the technical foundations for agentic AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support platform design workshops and capture technical requirements.
• Assist with configuration of AI and integration services on SAP and enterprise platforms.
• Develop low‑code or pro‑code AI solution components and ensure secure, scalable implementation.
• Build and test AI applications, agent frameworks, orchestration services, integrations, knowledge‑retrieval and business‑context services.
• Contribute to demonstrations, proofs of concept, platform accelerators, proposals and continuous improvement of IBM methods and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in AI platforms, software development, integration technologies and enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of AI solution architecture, application development and systems integration concepts.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web services, integration concepts and data platforms.
• Awareness of Generative AI, AI assistants, AI agents, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge grounding.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within client‑facing consulting teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and consulting methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
