Graduate Speech Pathologist (2027 Grad Program)

About the role

Pepper Kids Therapy is an allied health practice offering paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy and psychology across four clinic locations in Queensland. It is recruiting for its 2027 Grad Program, a clinic-based role within a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners.

Required profile

• Full Australian work rights
• Registration as a Speech Pathologist with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA) or eligibility to obtain it
• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain them before starting)

What we offer

• Salary package of $80,000 base, $9,600 superannuation and up to $3,000 PD allowance, total $92,600
• 2-week induction and ongoing training and development
• Weekly 1:1 supervision for the first 6 months, then fortnightly, plus peer supervision
• Monthly in-service professional development and a $3,000 PD budget
• Paid parental leave of up to 12 weeks additional, and the option to purchase annual leave
• Flexible hours between 7.30am and 5.30pm, with admin work done from home
• A dedicated clinic room and a client service team handling admin, so you can choose clinic or community work
