Graduate Project Manager – Perth

About the role

Mott MacDonald is seeking recent graduates to join its Defence & Project Management market in Perth. As a Graduate Project Manager you will be part of the Base Services Transformation Program for the Australian Defence Program, gaining hands‑on experience in delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities.
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports and risk registers.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and security standards.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to progress updates.
• Engage in the Mott MacDonald graduate development programme, including workshops and networking events.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Business Management.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility for Australian Government security clearance.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
