About the role
This 2027 Graduate Program is designed for OT graduates ready to launch their professional career within a supportive, multidisciplinary NDIS service provider. You will work across community and clinic settings, gaining hands‑on experience while being mentored by experienced therapists.
Key responsibilities
- Support NDIS participants in community or clinic environments.
- Conduct assessments, write reports and deliver therapy interventions.
- Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve individual goals.
Required profile
- Graduating OT in 2026, eligible for AHPRA registration.
- Curious, compassionate and eager to learn.
- Licensed driver with own vehicle.
Required skills
- Ability to complete client assessments and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of NDIS processes and participant advocacy.
