About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, is offering a graduate Occupational Therapist program for 2027. It is aimed at people graduating in 2026 who want a supportive, mentored workplace where they can build clinical confidence. The role combines community and clinic work with learning in clinical, business and people skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026, soon-to-be graduated OT
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn and make a difference
