Graduate Engineer – AI‑Enabled Product Engineering

About the role

Join PlexusLegal’s engineering team as a Graduate Engineer and work at the intersection of product development and customer impact. From day one you will tackle real technical challenges, build tools that address immediate customer needs, and help shape how the platform is used in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in customer workflows.
• Develop lightweight tools and fixes that complement the product roadmap.
• Become the go‑to engineer for understanding real‑world platform usage.
• Leverage AI‑powered coding assistants for development, debugging, research, and documentation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Self‑initiated daily use of AI tools for coding and problem‑solving.
• Ability to write clean code in at least one programming language and debug systematically.
• Strong desire to learn quickly, work autonomously and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Programming proficiency in any language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Systematic debugging and problem‑analysis capabilities.
