About the role
Join Egis Group as a Graduate Consultant in the Rail team, supporting rail and rolling stock projects across Australia from day one. You will work on real client projects, contribute to tenders, and develop your professional network while gaining hands‑on experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry clients and stakeholders, representing Egis in client‑facing settings.
- Collaborate with specialists across civil, mechanical, mechatronic and electrical engineering to deliver successful projects.
- Tackle real challenges, think creatively and help shape practical solutions that improve project outcomes.
- Learn and apply industry standards and regulations to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Required profile
- Graduating before February 2027 with a degree in Civil, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Relevant work rights to live and work full‑time in Australia.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Motivated self‑starter with a genuine interest in rail infrastructure and consulting.
- Relevant internship, vacation or industry experience is highly valued.
