Graduate / Associate AI Consultant – Sydney

About the role

ADAPTOVATE is a management consulting firm that helps organisations adapt, innovate and lead in dynamic markets, using AI and emerging technologies to create practical business value. It is recruiting high-potential graduates and early-career professionals for its Sydney team. You will work directly with clients to understand business problems and build and test AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand complex business problems and identify where AI can create value
• Analyse data, processes, customer journeys and ways of working
• Design, build and test AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, workflows and automations
• Test solutions with clients and users, gather feedback and improve them quickly
• Move successful solutions from prototype through implementation and adoption
• Work with business and technical teams to make solutions practical and scalable
• Translate technical ideas into clear business language and measure business value
• Help clients drive broader business transformation with AI solutions

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate, or up to 3 years of relevant experience; prior consulting experience is not required for graduate candidates
• Associate candidates typically bring 2-3 years of experience in AI, data, software or product roles, technology consulting, AI-enabled solutions, business transformation or management consulting
• Prefer a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Business or a related discipline, or evidence of building AI or technology solutions
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking and a builder mindset
• Ability to connect technology with real business problems and work across business and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work from the Sydney office and travel to client sites
