About the role

This graduate entry position offers high‑level industry exposure within a leading leadership advisory firm. You will work daily on high‑stakes leadership decisions, interacting with influential executives and global clients.

Key responsibilities

Support search execution across the full engagement lifecycle.
Conduct market, company, and candidate research to shape search strategies.
Identify and map executive talent across target companies and markets.
Prepare client‑ready materials, market insights, and candidate profiles.
Collaborate closely with Partners, Principals, and broader search teams in a supportive environment.

Required profile

Undergraduate degree (Commerce, Business, or Law advantageous).
Internship or early work experience in a professional services environment preferred.
