Grader / All Rounder Operator

About the role

We are looking for experienced Grader / All Rounder Operators to join our new Load & Haul project at the Yandi mine for Rio Tinto. The role involves operating a range of mobile earth‑moving equipment safely and efficiently on civil earthworks supporting mining production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CAT Grader 40t Moxy (ADT) and 8x6 watercart on site.
• Perform grading, loading, hauling and related earth‑moving tasks across maintenance, construction and rehabilitation works.
• Adhere to safety procedures and site regulations in a mining production environment.
• Collaborate with the crew to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Valid HR licence and White Card.
• Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical.
• Strong time‑management and flexibility to work a 2/1 roster (one week night shift, one week day shift).

Required skills

• Experience operating CAT Grader 40t Moxy (ADT).
• Experience operating 8x6 watercart.
• Nationally accredited tickets (e.g., high‑risk work licences).
