Global Services Team Leader – APAC Enterprise Operations

About the role

As the Global Services Team Leader for APAC Enterprise Operations, you will guide a diverse team of Feed Managers, Onboarding Specialists and Support Specialists. You will be the primary escalation point for both internal and external clients, ensuring that every enterprise customer receives best‑in‑class service while driving continuous improvement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Feed Managers, Onboarding Specialists and Support Specialists, conducting technical quality checks and identifying training needs.
• Own client escalations, partner with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to perform root‑cause analysis and deliver effective resolutions.
• Review client reports, provide actionable feedback and monitor key performance metrics.
• Evaluate and refine operational processes to boost productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client time and account details in internal systems.
• Troubleshoot data import issues, manage attribute mapping, and ensure data integrity across multiple feed formats.
• Configure and optimize product feeds, applying best practices for large‑scale data sorting, filtering and transformation.
• Produce weekly performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical support or operations teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex data‑related problems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with global clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
