Global Head of Ecommerce & Content

About the role

BioPak is hiring a Global Head of Ecommerce & Content to own online revenue across four brands in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK. You will be accountable for ecommerce revenue, conversion, margin, pricing and promotions, including the storefronts on Woolworths, Coles, Ordermentum and Amazon, and will report to the Global CMO while leading a CRM Manager and a Digital Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Moving the website to Shopify and protecting organic search through the switch
• Rolling out HubSpot globally with the CRM Manager
• Rebuilding the design studio into an AI-enabled content team that produces more assets at a lower cost per asset
• Moving long-tail accounts onto ecommerce
• Delivering the growth plan behind the three-year ecommerce ambition

Required profile

• Experience owning the commercial performance of an ecommerce business and scaling a company-owned online store
• Experience leading or supporting a Shopify migration and managing the platform afterwards
• Knowledge of B2B ecommerce, including pricing architecture, account terms, backorders and split shipments
• 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 in leadership

Required skills

• Strong SEO, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Use of AI tools in content production
• Ability to show clear revenue attribution in GA4
