About the role

A rural, remote Queensland medical centre is seeking a General Practitioner Visiting Medical Officer to work Monday to Friday, with 24/7 on-call duty for the hospital emergency department. The position is a locum engagement lasting from 17 December 2026 to 4 January 2027.

Required profile

General or specialist registration with AHPRA
Fellowship (FRACGP/FACRRM)
