General Gardener & Mower Operator

About the role

We are looking for reliable General Gardeners and Mower Operators to join our Landscape Maintenance team in Baldivis. You will help keep Perth’s public parks, playgrounds and streetscapes in top condition while working outdoors with a supportive crew.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain parks, playgrounds and streetscapes to a high standard.
• Operate commercial landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform turf care, edging, mowing and general garden upkeep.
• Assist in creating safe and attractive public spaces for local communities.
• Identify and report maintenance or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Deliver quality work that exceeds client expectations.

Required profile

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Manual driver’s licence.
• White card.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture.
• Parks & Gardens qualification.
• Experience operating ride‑on mowers.
• Traffic Management qualification.
• First Aid certification.
• HR/MR licence (if applicable).
