Australian Venue is looking for a customer-focused and reliable Gaming Attendant to join the team at Birallee Tavern in West Wodonga, Victoria. The role plays an important part in keeping the gaming area running smoothly, in compliance with the law and providing a safe, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests in the gaming room
• Monitor gaming operations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and venue procedures
• Promote responsible gambling and follow all required compliance processes
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented gaming area
• Respond to guest enquiries and assist with concerns professionally
• Complete gaming-related administration and compliance checks accurately
• Work closely with the wider team to support smooth venue operations

Required profile

• Previous experience in a gaming attendant role or a strong understanding of gaming operations
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional approach and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
