Funeral Conductor (Full‑Time)

About the role

As a Funeral Conductor at Bare Limited, you will ensure that each funeral ceremony runs smoothly and respectfully, providing families with a memorable and dignified experience during their most difficult moments. You will work closely with the funeral arrangement team and act as the trusted guide on the day of the service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with funeral arrangers to confirm all ceremony details and execute them on the day.
• Set up venues, greet attendees, and answer questions to support families throughout the service.
• Coordinate with cemeteries, chapels, venues and other vendors to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Oversee the dignified preparation of the deceased, confirming identification and suitability for viewings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing empathy, guidance and reassurance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated empathy and ability to support families during grieving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks on the day of the ceremony.
