About the role
As a Sales Advisor at COS Chadstone, you will be the friendly face greeting customers and embodying the brand’s heart. You will deliver high‑level service throughout the shop floor, from conversations to cash‑desk assistance, creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing proactive assistance on the shop floor.
- Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the store.
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise new garments.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑presented sales area that reflects the brand’s aesthetic.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a genuine interest in delivering a memorable shopping experience.
- Proactive, curious and willing to improve everyday processes.
- Honest, genuine and communicative, with a positive, open‑minded attitude.
- Interest in fashion, trends and the COS brand.
- Collaborative, inclusive and supportive of team members.
