About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Sydney consulting team. You will work directly with major Australian enterprises, delivering high‑impact, scalable digital solutions using both traditional and AI‑augmented development practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver modern full‑stack applications for client projects.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative design sessions.
- Gather requirements, interact with stakeholders, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and internal prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate delivery.
- Contribute to technical decisions and own the quality of your code.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for building end‑to‑end solutions.
- Experience working in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
- Ability to work in small, interdisciplinary teams and adapt to fast‑paced projects.
Required skills
- GitHub Copilot (AI‑assisted coding tool).
