Full‑Stack Developer – Digital Solutions for Mental Health

About the role

Join the InsideOut Institute for Eating Disorders at the University of Sydney as a Developer and help build digital solutions that advance world‑leading mental health research, education and clinical care. You will work on modern full‑stack applications that support clinicians, researchers and stakeholders in delivering impactful mental‑health services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of software applications and critical system components.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, researchers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, user‑centred solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code, implement testing methodologies, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Contribute to the digital transformation roadmap by evaluating and adopting new technologies, improving security, and enhancing system performance.
