About the role

Join the Zambrero family at our Broadbeach restaurant as a full‑time team member. You will work in a fast‑paced, friendly environment serving fresh Mexican dishes while contributing to our Plate 4 Plate initiative that donates a meal for every purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service with a smile.
• Prepare food according to Zambrero recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Adapt to varying customer volumes and anticipate needs during peak periods.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitisation standards at all times.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room, and overall restaurant.
• Support any additional tasks that keep the restaurant running smoothly.
