Full-Time Team Leader – Supported Accommodation

About the role

ONCALL SACARE is seeking an experienced Full‑Time Team Leader to oversee a supported accommodation service in Salisbury, South Australia. You will guide a team of support workers, ensuring participants receive high‑quality care across daily living activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and schedule a team of support staff on a 24/7 roster.
• Assist participants with wellbeing, housekeeping, meals, personal care, shopping trips and social outings.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
• Maintain accurate records and support medication administration as trained.
• Provide hands‑on support during activities of daily living when required.

Required profile

• Current NDIS Worker Check and DHS Working With Children Check.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Manual Handling Certificate and unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Certificate IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
• Basic Continence Aid and Medication Assistance training completed face‑to‑face.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Team Leader role (preferred).
• Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster.
