Full-time Store Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking full‑time Store Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand in its Joondalup store. You will be the front‑line specialist, helping shoppers find high‑quality LifeWear clothing and ensuring a great in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Maintain shop‑floor standards, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Process deliveries, keep stock areas tidy and replenish merchandise.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately at the checkout.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable, comfortable speaking with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and work flexibly across shifts.
