Full Time Shift Leader

About the role

As a Shift Leader at Guzman y Gomez, you will help create memorable dining experiences by leading and motivating your crew throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach and inspire crew members while maintaining high energy on the floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control standards.
• Manage labour costs and cost of goods sold to drive profitability.
• Oversee deliveries, ensuring orders match invoices and are accurate.

Required profile

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
