Full-Time Customer Service and Sales Assistant - Bunbury

About the role

Beacon Lighting is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Service and Sales Assistant for its Bunbury store in Western Australia. The role works 76 hours per fortnight, with every second weekend completely off. The assistant helps customers find the right lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience, working as part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice and outstanding customer service
• Grow relationships with retail and trade customers using the loyalty programs

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect genuinely with customers
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to the job
• Strong attention to detail
