About the role
The Doonan Hotel is seeking an experienced chef to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef in a fast‑paced environment delivering modern, innovative food.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own sections and maintain a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
- Ensure top‑quality food presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a professional commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work five days across a seven‑day operation with a rotating roster.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
- Immaculate grooming, clear communication and strong customer service skills.
Required skills
- Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across various cuisines.
- Knowledge of food hygiene compliance and best practices.
