Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Medow Health is building AI‑driven tools to reduce administrative burden for clinicians. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will join a fast‑moving team in Sydney, delivering end‑to‑end features that integrate with practice management systems and real‑time audio/voice solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features from concept to production.
• Build and maintain integrations with practice management systems.
• Develop real‑time audio and voice processing components.
• Implement and evaluate large language model (LLM) based functionalities.
• Collaborate with product, clinical and data‑science teams to translate problems into shipped software.

Required profile

• Startup or scale‑up experience with a bias toward ownership and rapid iteration.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade web applications across the stack.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and solid experience with React or a comparable framework.
• Experience building secure, scalable APIs on Node.js; NestJS knowledge is a plus.
• Good fundamentals in relational databases, API design and testing.
• Ability to work closely with non‑engineers and translate business/clinical requirements.
• Regular use of AI tools in engineering work and awareness of their strengths and limits.
